If you have not been tested and aren’t a cealic then why should we be eating gluten free?

Do your research, the latest trends aren’t always evidence based and companies at the end of the day need to make money so they will put a label and carefully structured word to get you to buy

1. Figure out your individual goal ie fat-loss, increase lean muscle

2. Stick to your basic foundations fibre, protein, carbs, fats

3. Keep it simple and don’t stress

4. Exercise
